For her undergraduate studies, Dr. Brittani first attended Maryville University in St. Louis, where she participated in cheerleading. Next she went to the University of Missouri, St. Louis, where she was active in the Delta Zeta Sorority and the Alpha Phi Omega Community Service Fraternity. Dr. Brittani also attended St. Louis Community College and received her EMT-Basic Degree. While completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Brittani enjoyed volunteering to help with children at the Ranken Jordan Pediatric Rehabilitation Institute and with the elderly at St. John's Mercy Skilled Nursing Center.
In December 2003 Dr. Brittani received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Logan College of Chiropractic, St. Louis, Missouri. Then in December of 2005, she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic. While attending Logan, Dr. Brittani received Certificates of Merit for Outstanding Academic Achievement in April 2005, August 2005, and December 2005.
After graduating from Logan College of Chiropractic in December 2005, Dr. Brittani left her native town of St. Louis, Missouri, and came to Effingham, Illinois. In October of 2006 she took over the chiropractic practice of Dr. Carol Hourigan who then retired. Dr. Brittani renamed the practice, "Back & Body Works Chiropractic."
